There are now thousands of videos floating around on Youtube, Bitcute, Rumble…telling us how to get away from the Bond of the Corporate US Citizenship: file this document, create this ID, say this to law enforcement, stop paying taxes. As some of these videos may be on the right track, the only way to be officially recognized is by being an American State National. We have seen many “Sovereign Citizens” videos that go nowhere in court. We are not “Sovereign Citizens.” The FBI has labeled them as a terrorist organization.
Our Federation now has active Continental Marshals commissioned and recognized by the U.S. Government as legitimate officials on the Land and Soil Jurisdiction. Simply put, the U.S. Government is like a Corporate Walmart where the employees are the Citizens. American State Nationals own the land that Walmart sits on. Mission Statement
Our Missouri Assemblies are dedicated to the restoration of a complete and fully operational land and soil jurisdiction State and County court system serving the people of Missouri, the preservation of the National Trust, the enforcement of the Public Law, the upholding of both The Federal and The Missouri State Constitutions owed to our people, the re-population of our land and soil jurisdiction, the filling of vacated Public Offices, and the reclamation of our material and intellectual public and private assets.
To these ends we, the living people of Missouri, have called the eligible Missourian nationals and electors to assemble and to serve as Jurors and Officers, and we have established the process and procedure to qualify Jurors and others competent to hold State Citizenship and Public Office. We do this peacefully and without rancor in the exercise of our unincorporated powers and capacities.
Missouri's Main Focus
Establishing the Four Pillars
(1) General Assembly;
(2) International Business Assembly;
(3) Jural Assembly (State and County Courts);
(4) State Assembly Militia.

Benjamin Franklin gave us a Republic. In 1812 the Corporate U.S. Government introduced a system built on fraud and the States began abandoning seats. Until someone recognized the seats were still available we just needed to Notice the proper International Courts. The Woman responsible for Awakening the Republic again is Anna Von Reitz. State Nationals vs Nationals
Americans are Nationals of their nation-states, therefore, State Nationals —- while the Federales, both Territorial (military) and Municipal (civil service) personnel are not acting in the capacity of State Nationals and so, call themselves “Federal Citizens” or “United States Nationals” or just “Nationals”.
They, the military and civil service, are all acting as “Federal citizenry” of one type or another, so when push comes to shove, they call themselves “United States Nationals” or simply “Nationals” when they are off-duty, in the reserves, retired in a Federal State of State, or otherwise inactive.

Assembly Coordinator
Loretta Patt became a new Coordinator for The Missouri Assembly in April 2025 and was vetted by The Federation. She works diligently to get questions answered and bring forward updates and news from the Federation. She helps to guide Committees as Missourians work to reconstruct their lawful government. Come join in the excitement while we bring Missourians back to the Land and Soil Jurisdiction.
