Missouri officially joined the Union as the 24th state. President James Monroe signed the proclamation following the Missouri Compromise of 1820, which allowed the territory to enter as a slave state alongside Maine as a free state, maintaining the balance of power.

May 16th, 2021 a motion was placed on the floor to issue an International Peace Proclamation and Grand Peace Treaty of the States. A vote was brought before Missouri American State Citizens. After Roll Call Vote, Missouri American State Citizens voted unanimously in favor of the issuance of the International Peace Proclamation and Grand Peace Treaty of the States. Robin Campbell was vetted by the Federation and voted in as The Missouri Assembly Coordinator.

David Renck and Donna Carstens begin functioning as Co-coordinators for The Missouri Assembly
October 2024
Multiple complaints of Co-Coordinators David Renck and Donna Carstens removing current ASNs from meetings, changing the status of active ASNs on the Federation LRO to inactive, and non-compliance of accepting properly completed ASN documents split the Assembly.
Lack of regular meeting documentation being provided by the Co-Coordinators to Missouri ASNs and the Federation put Missouri at risk for annexation. A group of 12-15 Missourians came together and formed The Missouri Assembly Interim Sessions Committee of the Whole to keep Missouri from being annexed.

David Custer officially vetted as Peace Keeping Task Force Liaison for Missouri by the Federation
April 2025 and August 2025
Loretta Patt appointed by Anna Von Reitz as The Missouri Assembly Co-Coordinator (April 2025) and officially Vetted as a Co-Coordinator by the Federation (August 2025). The Missouri Assembly agreed Loretta’s focus would be on the “Peaceful Operations Ten-Fold Shield” for six months which ran from August 2025 through January 2026.
June 2025
New Recording Secretaries Sandra White, Ryan Garnto, and Loretta Patt finish training provided by Ohio and are officially ready to record.
August 2025
Missouri becomes a part of the “Peaceful Operations Ten-Fold Shield” under the guidance of the Peace Keeping Task Force (PKTF) in an effort to unify Missourians and begins building the Militia Pillar.
December 2025
ASNs on Saint Louis County gather together and vote to establish a Land Recording Office and the Recording Secretaries begin recording Missourians.
March 2026
Ryan Garnto officially vetted as Mashal-at-Arms for Missouri by the Federation.
