Lisa Schaffer, of the Ohio Assembly, announced during the Thursday evening Countrywide Coordinator Training call that the Continental Marshals will soon be commissioned. You will notice the balls on the tips of the star. This means the Continental Marshals are operating under delegated authority. Sheriff’s function under direct power and their badges will not have balls.
