Committee Chair: Sandra White

Sandra  serves as the Lead Recording Secretary for The Missouri Assembly. In this role, she assists and guides Missourians through the document-based process of political status correction and record clarification.

Working alongside other Recording Secretaries across the state, Sandra helps individuals understand and complete the necessary paperwork to formally correct their political status—from a presumed corporate U.S. citizen designation to that of an American State National—according to Assembly-established processes. Her work includes guiding people through the proper completion, recording, and verification of documents, including birth record corrections and status declarations.

Sandra’s focus is educational and administrative: helping people identify how historical and bureaucratic assumptions were applied to them without their informed consent, and providing clear, step-by-step assistance to correct the public record where appropriate. Her goal is to help individuals restore clarity to their political standing and properly reestablish their connection to the land and soil jurisdiction of their birth state.

Through patience, accuracy, and careful record keeping, Sandra supports The Missouri Assembly’s broader mission of civic education, lawful self-governance, and transparent public record administration.
