Loretta Patt - The Missouri Assembly State Coordinator

After learning the truth of Americas history behind the Republic, Loretta corrected her status in the spring of 2022.  Having been a successful teacher for quite some time she was quick to show her family and others the steps in correcting their status as well.
For the last 4 years The Missouri Assembly has seen its fair share of misfortunes with Coordinator leadership.  Thus when the Assembly once again found itself in need of a leader Loretta graciously took on the role by nomination of many other ASN’s.  Despite some early hurdles Loretta has been vetted by the Federation and serves as current State Co-Coordinator for The Missouri Assembly.  Her special talent for patience and skill set has resonated in the hearts of the people.  Through her faith she continues to seek truth and bring others home onto the land and soil.  Loretta has made great efforts to reestablish the American government for all living men and women in Missouri.
Loretta’s professional background includes entrepreneurship and a Master’s degree in Education.

The Missouri Assembly State Coordinator is a volunteer liaison appointed by the Federation of States, an organization described by Anna von Reitz as the Summoning Authority responsible for calling State Assemblies into session and guiding their formation. State Coordinators are trained, vetted, and “hired and fired” by the Federation rather than by individual State Assemblies, and they operate as official points of contact between Missouri’s grassroots Assembly participants and the broader Federation network. These coordinators do not serve as employees of the State Assembly itself; instead, they serve the Federation’s mission to organize State Assemblies according to a common structural template and roadmap for governance. annavonreitz.com+1

The core duties of an Assembly State Coordinator in Missouri include facilitating the organization and functioning of the State Assembly by bringing people together, arranging meetings (whether teleconferences, in-person gatherings, or other forums), and educating participants about the foundational principles and processes of the Assembly. Coordinators help establish the “Four Pillars” of State government — the General Assembly, the International Business Assembly, the State Courts (Jural Assembly), and the State Militia — and ensure that people understand the purpose and structure of each. They answer procedural questions, seek guidance from the Federation on complex issues, and relay that guidance back to the Assembly. annavonreitz.com

A Missouri State Coordinator also plays a critical administrative and educational role: they help participants declare their birthright political status, understand the legal and organizational framework being followed, and stay aligned with the Federation’s prescribed processes. Because the Federation of States oversees the assembling process until an Assembly is “fully seated,” coordinators have significant influence in the early phases, often guiding appointment of internal assembly roles and ensuring compliance with the Federation’s operational plan. This guidance continues until all basic functions of the Assembly are established and the State can operate more autonomously.

The interface between the Missouri State Coordinator and the Federation involves regular communication with Federation officials and other coordinators across states. Coordinators have access to a wider network of experienced volunteers and Federation “professionals” who can provide assistance on law, procedure, and governance questions. They function as the official conduit for information and decisions between the grassroots level in Missouri and the overarching Federation structure. In this model, the Federation provides the structural blueprint and oversight while the State Coordinator ensures Missouri’s Assembly participants remain informed, organized, and progressing toward full functionality.
